Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if:

• The item is damaged
• The wrong product was delivered
• The product is defective

Returned products must be unused and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used products
• Damaged items caused by misuse
• Products without original packaging

Refunds

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.

Replacement

Eligible products may be replaced based on stock availability.

Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
